SPM training materials

We have developed training materials to help MFIs understand SPM and define their overall strategy.

By making these materials publically available, the Imp-Act Consortium is supporting the scale-up of good-practice SPM worldwide.

This course is for MFIs interested in improving operational performance through SPM. It’s also relevant to organisations and individuals that support and mentor MFIs in SPM. The training is targeted to those working at a strategic level. Networks and other support organisations can also use this training to build the capacity of their partner MFIs.

You can use all or part of this training, adapting it or translating it as you require. However, we would ask that you share any adaptations back with us so we can make them available to other practitioners. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
