The SPTF's mission is to engage with microfinance stakeholders to develop, disseminate and promote standards and good practices for social performance management and reporting. MicroFinance Transparency promotes industry transparency by facilitating microfinance pricing disclosure, offering policy advisory services and developing training and education materials for all market stakeholders. MFTransparency gathers data about microfinance interest rates, calculates and publishes APR and EIRs for over 1,000 loan products in nearly 300 institutions in 20 countries worldwide.
