Training of trainers
We train trainers to deliver Imp-Act Consortium SPM capacity building materials to MFIs. We also equip trainers with the resources and ongoing support needed to mentor MFIs through the SPM integration process.
Training materials adaptation
We collaborate with training and technical assistance providers to help them apply social performance management concepts within their existing capacity building materials.
