Imp-Act Consortium

Networks and associations

We build Network capacity to promote and support SPM integration amongst their mission-driven members

This includes:

Network SPM strategy development

The Consortium helps Networks and associations to develop a clear strategy for SPM capacity building and social reporting initiatives based on an understanding of their local context, along with their members' needs. This is done using the Decision Tree tool, which is designed to empower networks to support their members in assessing, managing and reporting on social performance.

Training of trainers

We train Network staff, or associated consultants, to deliver Imp-Act Consortium SPM training. We also equip trainers with the resources and ongoing support needed to mentor MFIs through the SPM integration process.

Direct technical assistance to network partners

Where Network partners need one-off supprot on key aspects of the SPM process, we provide direct technical assistance. Our core competencies include all aspects of performance management, from strategic planning to reporting and auditing.
