Our support to MFIs includes:
Training
For MFIs starting out in the SPM integration process, we conduct 3-4 day trainings aimed at MFI leadership. At the end of this process, managers will have the knowledge and skills needed to implement their SPM action plans, which they develop within the workshop setting.
Mentoring
Developing systems to adequately manage social performance is a long-term process for MFIs. Regular input and guidance, along with periodic progress reviews, are key to successful implementation. Where needed, the Consortium provides follow-up mentoring to those MFIs that it has trained.
Technical support
In addition to SPM training and mentoring, we provide technical support on key aspects of the SPM process. Our core competencies include all aspects of performance management, from strategic planning to reporting and auditing.
