Training of trainers
The Consortium has developed a 4-day training of trainers course that equips consultants to deliver Imp-Act Consortium SPM training materials to MFIs.
Training of mentors
Ongoing assistance throughout the SPM change process is key to success. The Consortium equips mentors with the resources and skills they need to effectively deliver this support, and links them with other mentors to share experience and lessons learnt, which in turn strengthens their own practice.
