Pro Mujer International
Pro Mujer is an international network whose mission is to provide Latin America's poorest women with the means to build better livelihoods through microfinance, business training, and healthcare support.
Pro Mujer’s approach to SPM has led it through a radical redefinition of its strategy – starting with an organisation-wide effort to refine its mission and objectives. Pro Mujer International supports its network of five MFIs by developing a standardised approach to tracking and reporting on progress against social objectives, and integrating information on social outcomes into decision-making. It also coordinates the sharing of information and lessons learned between its network MFIs, to improve practice and promote greater transparency within the industry.
