AZMJ’s mission is to provide high-quality global consulting services to transform international development and build local capacity.

AZMJ has developed its experience in research and knowledge sharing, developing SPM systems, capacity building, and providing guidance on SPM strategies and policies. Their SPM work to date includes authoring the Imp-Act SPM Practice Guide, supporting the SANABEL Network to develop its SPM capacity, managing the Imp-Act “Integrating SPM into mainstream capacity building” project, and documenting the use of PPI to improve SPM at NWTF (Philippines).
