The Consortium works with those organisations that support SPM integration to create a strategy to support reporting and capacity building initiatives for members.

We start with an understanding of each organisation's local context, along with their members' needs. This is done using the Decision Tree tool, which is designed to empower networks to support their members in assessing, managing and reporting on social performance.
