We are the voice of SPM within the microfinance industry. We also bring a social lens to the big debates of the day, such as the impact of commercialisation and growth.
We engage with key stakeholders to bring the focus of microfinance back to its clients, and exploring how SPM can help the industry be more effetive in delivering social value to them.

The Social Performance Task Force (SPTF)
As chair of the SPM sub-committee of the SPTF, the Consortium engages with a broad range of organisations to share experience and lessons learned. Consortium members also sit on the SPTF Steering Committee, as well as the Rating and Reporting sub-committees.
